TMG Payment Terms - Value Points |

Performance Profiles TMG develops the Performance Profile that helps us understand what an employee must DO to be considered successful. After the new EE starts their new job, management can use the Performance Profile document to help “on board” and evaluate their new team member before paying the last 50% of our fee. |

Initial Fee Payment We look at our firm as a true service organization not a brokerage. The initial fee helps ensure that TMG is able to devote time, effort and resources to your search. The staggered Performance based payments that follow give you peace of mind that TMG is vested as Partners in the process and committed to delivering excellence. |

Value Driven Fee Structure Our fees are not low they are fair. TMG fees are structured to deliver value and to give our clients a sense that they paid a professional service fee not a broker commission. |
